
Our Policies
Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent Release contract will be emailed to clients within 48-72 hours after appointments have been scheduled.
All necessary waiver of liability and contract forms must be signed and submitted prior to the first day of service or services may be subject to termination. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the full, non-refundable fee of service. If a dog is taken out of a program early, or stopped prior to agreed time, there will not be any refund. Continued training at a later time may be discussed, but is not guaranteed.
Service Specific Policies
Private training: Private training sessions and programs must be paid in full prior to first class. Missed classes may be made up in subsequent sessions, subject to approval. Two reschedules allowed, owner's will have to pay a new, 50% deposit for third rescheduling. No-shows will not be able to book future appointments (this includes consults).
Board and Train: Reservations are required. Upon receiving confirmation of board and train bookings, the following is due no less than one month prior to the starting drop-off date:
50% non-refundable deposit.
Boarding program payments must be paid for in advanced. 50% deposit at time of booking, remaining due at program start date.

All payment plans must be be submitted and finished one week prior to the end date of said Board and Train or Private Training Program. There is a 5% late fee penalty per day added onto missed payments or unpaid invoices.
**Payment plans may be arranged but are subject to a case by case basis. Complete payment must be submitted and received one week before the end of training period.
Consultation agreement: Initial consultations may be done via video platform, phone call or in person. Consultations are currently at no fee and therefore no training should be expected. Advice may be given but owner must take full responsibility for their dog and actions. If participating person(s) expect training, contracts must be signed and service paid for prior.
General Policies
The Elite K-9 reserves the right to refuse service. The Elite K-9 also reserves the right to change pricing and policies without prior notice.
Cash, check and electronic payments accepted. However, there is a 3% convenience fee for all electronic and online payments.
Vaccinations:
The Elite K-9 requires dogs have the following vaccinations for:
Distemper, parvo, lepto, bordetella, rabies and flea and tick medication before boarding. Proof of vaccinations must be provided before your dog(s) will be allowed to board. Failure to provide vaccinator records prior to service could result in the cancellation of reservations.
Owners whose dogs are found to have fleas or ticks will be contacted and will have the option of picking their dog up or having them treated with a flea and tick treatment at product cost, plus any additional veterinary fees.
Food and Medication: The Elite K-9 only feeds owner-provided food and raw feeding or frozen meals are not an issue Owner-provided food must come with clear feeding instructions.
Forms: All necessary forms must be signed by a dog’s owner prior to the first day of service.
